Wrong. No need to work out or even eat healthy to be in shape. Especially for a woman who can afford to be a few kilos overweight and still have a good looking body. You can workout daily and still be fat. There are millions just like that. But there are NONE who eat a normal or small amount of food who are fat!It's called working out, I do!!!- would be heavy; if I didn't---no science here,, eat healthy, work out, your Good!!!
