Australians are using common sense, the only time they didn't was when they signed up with the UN...the toothless tiger, trying to impose on western world countries who are decent and humane, and failing with third world countries that are brutal barbaric and inhumane.....Australia should always make the decision on who are the right people to let in, those that chose to fit into our way of life and not the other way around....it is about time we stood for what has made Australia one of the most peaceful countries in the world, and that is choosing who we wish to come here the ones that want to get along and leave their homeland riddled with hate, bias, war, ignorance to live in a place of peace and tolerance and bring their children up in a country without hate...If we fail to make the right choices there will be those who will use our peaceful and tolerant ways to further their hate goals, against us and the western world or their own people....and involve us in them, and no Australian wants to be part of another countries bigotry.....

Our illustrious leaders need to show enough 'orbs' to now disentangle Australia from its signatory status to the United Nations Refugees Convention.

Will Australia be led by the wise, or by fools?

A prize of one pickled Tram Ticket awaits the correct answer.:)

I don't have a proper name, because I am a fragile human being. I wouldn't be able to handle it if someone said something about my name so I don't have the courage to stick to a name, the words would be like daggers, so hurtful. But I want everyone to know that I'm posting from Russia, and I'm a porn star, I have a thick 8 inch cock.

To distance ourselves from the UN would be the right course of action for us as we already had a strong humanitarian ideal without them forcing their multitude of unsuitable refugees on us, those that are not in line with our values or beliefs of live and let live ethos, there are those who will always hold on to the stronger bond with their mother country and their culture, to our detriment. So the sooner we can remove ourselves from our ties to the UN the better for us, and the better for those wanting to come here to firmly entrench themselves in our sunshine and relaxed non confrontational lifestyle, in short a want to become one with us wholly.

"U.N. refugee chief urges common sense in Australia asylum debate"

Don't you just love it??

If a bunch of other nations had resorted to commonsense of their own in the first place, then their own residents would not have been driven our way as refugees.

It seems that Australia is expected to not only apply the 'commonsense' that irresponsible nations have failed to show ... but also to pay the price that irresponsible nations themselves have created.

Perhaps the UN should shed its blatant anti-west bias and urge 'commonsense' by nations who dismiss it.

["But we hope that in the end common sense will prevail....../

/..... "I hope... Australia understands also the need to provide protection to those that seek protection in Australia," he said.]

Patronizing. Double standards.

Pressuring Australia to show 'commonsense' by paying for lack of commonsense shown elsewhere.

Australia has an obligation to protect its sovereignty, economy, welfare system, way of life, and social cohesion.

That too is commonsense.

But that commonsense seems to be blithely snorted aside by the UN.

Patronizing double standards.

BY now, US by taking about chemical weapons, simply is making harmful things, all people must take steps to deter US with penalizing now, so that it won't corrode and pollute and make more troubles to the world.
With US bad way of and failure business and poor thoughts by calling chemical weapons is useless and is troubling, as all that needs is to ship unlawful criminals as rebels out to US.

US CAN'T MAKE MOVE ON SYRIA AND UN NOW.

US Cannot do to Syria _____Therefore, US must say nothing about Syria until it gets to be answering the crimes in Iraq now, and this issue gets done over with first, that US is not to make troubles again about Syria.

After 11 long years, longer the period of WWII, the awful messes created in Iraq by US are there of almost everyday of bombings.

The people of the world cannot stand by there, by showing blind eyes to all these bad things done by US.
US CAN'T MAKE MOVE ON SYRIA AND UN NOW.
Sanction US now.
Give big lessons to US now.
Get on with it by calling war crime trial of US now.
Get into charges of US doing torture in Iraq now.
Restrict business with US now.
Watch out and and not admit and penalize CIA now.
COMBAT AGAINST US MILITARY AND DRONE SYSTEM NOW.

FIRE ANY OFFICIAL OF UN BY SAYING CHEMICAL WEAPONS OF SYRIA NOW.
WHEN THE IRAQ CASE is STILL UNDER TURMOIL AND is TROUBLESOME, NO US WAY OF GOING TO ANY MATTERS TO M.E. IS ALLOWABLE NOW, INCLUDING SYRIA.

US must say nothing about Syria until it gets to be answering the crimes in Iraq now and is not to make troubles again about Syria.

Hence, Syria is not the business of US that US must stay out of it, but to answer to the many wrongs to Iraq as of now, first.

IN the case of Iraq, No UN officials can make move wrongly on calling chemical weapons, now that US IS being RULED OUT TO fool around with falsehood, this is better and a better deal for the PUBLIC ISSUE AND POLICY FOR GLOBAL PEOPLE WITHOUT US.

This is the public business as PUBLIC MATTER FOR GLOBAL GENERAL PUBLIC AND not a business of US on Syria, so this is better off this way that US must answer to Iraq first while the world gets on with dealing with this Syria.
On Syria issue, there says the position = Even, Even and Even Using chemical weapons in Syria = By evaluating the issue = No way can allow US to make the say (definitely rule out of strike of Syria since US has no part of any role.)

There also rules out BY saying of chemical weapons and their usage in Syria === And then other members and the world public will have to see to it that no one will link to Muslim rebels that rebel people had better stop fighting to have more people killed, so as to go somewhere else. For those UK, Germany and so on, who want to accommodate them rebels to live there, just take them Muslim rebels then. As France, US, want them rebels if they are not happy living in Syria--just ship them rebels out to anywhere or let them go on their own to some other places.
IN addition, those are the needed and required matters for all the world public as the best way to call on the guilt of US to answer on Iraq at the same time FIRST-- as world public matters-policy.

These will be just great for all world people public--THAT IS ALL RIGHT ON.

Russia, China and many other countries together are required to actualize and implement these issues and agenda, for these are public matters on the planet.

This scenario is very reminiscent of the reasons we went into Iraq, they didn't need a new script either.... they(America,Britain, Australia) again are champing at the bit, to go and fight another war that has not got a UN mandate then they are whistling Dixie, do they expect their citizens to support yet another useless war knowing the end game,..These are countries hell bent on genocide and dictatorship whether we intervene or not?...Iraq is more at war with itself now than with the removal of Hussein, we changed NOTHING, same in Afghanistan and Libya, Vietnam, Korea etc....all we did was create more instability and mayhem in a region fraught with centuries of ongoing war and hate! Stay out of it....

The problem is we are financing and arming these people through France, China, Russia, the US....they are countries that are full of nuts and so what we do is give them the means by which they can harm us.....it is in all the above countries to keep this going....The Russians, Chinese are supplying one side of these civil wars both financially and militarily for their own agenga's, and the US and western world are financing and arming the other guy for theirs.....hatt is the SOURCE of the problem....you will always have nutters in all countries be they religious or patriotic.....so let's arm them, shall we?
