Anyone else notice that it always seems to rain on the weekends in Melb and that the "weather predicters" always seem to say it'll rain on friday - but doesn't most of the time (just like today)???

Is this government related? Are they trying to keep us all indoors on weekends???

Yes this seems about right.

And I think this is happening here in London too. Our government might well be in on it as well.

And what do you know, pretty soon they will push for abolishing Saturday and Sunday altogether. That leaves only five days in a week and all days work days. Its there ploy to make us work more.

Good bye Saturday, Goodbye Sunday.

As long as I can remember that's what we've called weekend rain.
Come Monday, time to go back to work, the rain usually stops.

Oh, okay. I apolog.. however it's spelt.
So you've noticed this too then and also noticed it's been going on for a while..

Interesting shyt..
I think I might be onto something and that my "70% sure conspiracy" might in fact be a fact.

I'm going to research Melbs weekend rain history/dates sometime soon when I can be bothered..... I'll post my findings asap.. some day..

It doesn't always happen here (western QLD), usually it happens here when I've had something planned for a while that requires being out in the paddock on the black soil country, regardless of what day it is.
I guess we notice it more when a weekend is screwed up by bad weather.

This happens in Sydney, too! Everytime someone in the office talks about what plans they have for that weekend, the weather forecast will show rain. The bad thing is, after people cancel their plans, the weekend usually turns out to have been quite sunny. But, if people try to ignore the weather forecasts and go ahead with their plans, then that weekend will be rainy.

I have actually suspected for quite some time now, that the government issues instructions to the weather forecast stations to make sure they forecast bad weather for the weekends.

What I haven't worked out yet, is how the government knows when people have cancelled their plans, and when people decide to go ahead. I'm suspect maybe they tap all our phone conversations, perhaps?

I hope I don't get into trouble with the authorities for posting these comments.

Obviously a zionist conspiracy to eliminte enjoyment , therefore brainwashing people into submission and slavery...they've been planning this for 60000 years in Germany....I think the chemtrails are "liquid sleeping pills".....makes sense , because jews controll the chemist shops that sell "no-doze"...I know this , because I'm not a marxist lemming , like everyone else.

Meh, they could just tell the weather people to tell civilians on thursday that it'll rain friday night, saturday and sunday... and that's about it.. and that's pretty much all they do anyways.. and people just seem to ignore it and not notice it.. even though it CONSTANTLY KEEPS HAPPENING. But look at the people here who HAVE noticed this. Perhaps most of us have noticed but don't find it important enough to write/talk about it. I mean, just look at the people on this forum.. most people would rather write about Indians and fat people...

Okay..
EVERY week, at the end of the week, I want us reporting what the weather fools told us it'll be on THURSDAY night for fri/sat/sunday (rain or not)... and if it turned out to be true or not (rain).

And I want us taking note of rainy days/weekends.

I will bump this thread and write my findings every week for the rest of my life.. or until the government gets OUTED.

If we all agree and see that something fishy is definately going on.. I'm gonna contact A Current Affair, get'em to read these comments.. and get them to spill the beans on weather modification, corrupt government...

Guaranteed there's a gov.worker/spy on here now shytting himself. I'm onto you, bastard(s).

11:59pm friday night. It did NOT rain like they said it would (in my area) today. In fact it was sunny for most of the day.

SYDNEY
Just past midnight, Thursday to Friday, 11th to 12th October, 2012:

The weather forecast is for rain on Friday 12/10/2012, Saturday 13/10/2012 and Sunday 14/10/2012. TOOOOOO predictable! We'll see what actually happens!

Hush, people are trying to do serious auditing of taxpayer-funded meteorological research. Leave frivolous comments in the Indian pecker size thread.

Last night (thursday) they (foxtel weather channel) said it would rain today. It hasn't over my area yet (5:30pm).

I just checked the weather for tomorrow (saturday) and they are saying morning and afternoon showers. They could be right. We'll see.

They reckon sunday will be sunny, surprisingly.

This week wasn't a "good week" for us theorists as it was raining all week. But these things take time..

Btw, we're 6 weeks away from summer and it's just 12 degrees!!! WTF!!! F*cking hate Melbourne.
