I would be very interested in hearing these tapes as I am studying law in this field. Most give up the fight when facing these situations. After reading about this situation it shows how badly managed and just how far dishonest people will go.

If this is the "Grade" Bunnings looks for as Managers or this is the way Bunnings deals with these situations then HONESTY means nothing to them...

I saw a similar situation happen where I worked many years ago where management was in the wrong but the company protected the Bullying Boss by denying everything. But this victim that worked for Bunnings taped the dishonesty of the whole management team.

Amazing the dishonesty of some people but it also shows how corupt some managers and companys are. I believe the tapes should be copied and passed on to other media sources. For the general public to hear.

This was a good idea for the victim to tape. These situations with bullying at work are hard to prove.Evidence is a must as with this situation with bunnings management team conspired to setup the victim. Evidence on tape is good proof.

Is this the way all companys deal with these situations or is it The Bunnings way? Have read about this situation elsewhere on the net. It concerns me that a company would have people in management roles who are not only responsible for the well being of their employees but also their care! This highlights what happens when managers who know that they are wrong try to cover up so that they don't get caught out. But the victim with this situation recorded what went on. Once again is this a classic example what to expect if this happens to you and you stand up for yourself and blow the whistle? Bunnings was caught out with this situation. If this is happening to you, then you need to protect yourself by the same way this victim did.

What kind of company is this? Appears that management are incapable of discussing these matters. Bunnings way of resolving these matters is to tried to cover it up. I agree with Rex it was a good idea for the victim to tape the dishonest managers involved with this bullying that went on in this store.

A friend of mine had to face bullying at work, the effects the situation had on her health were so bad she left her job. She now suffers from high anxiety. She does not want to return to work but knows she has to look for another job soon. I wish I had read about this situation with Bunnings when my friend was facing this in her job. Then she could have taped it seems to be the only way to prove these things.

I read about this elsewhere on the net came a bit of a shock that Bunnings was so dishonest! I have seen bullying at work where I have worked over the years but not as bad as this case. The managers of this branch were very dishonest in the way they handled this situation. However the victim recorded the evidence on tape and Bunnings managers got caught out.

Yes tell us more have found a few storys about bullying in the workplace with Bunnings. One I read about the henderson branch where the timber manager was a bully. So when Bunnings was caught out they instructed all the managers of this branch to get involved with even more Bullying. But the victim taped them and Bunnings was caught out. They are a two faced company as they have bbqs against bullying but incourage it in their own stores.

Bunnings is owned by wesfarmers, who own Coles and many other retail businesses. It should be the board of wesfamers who should be taken to account for bullying or any thing a company does wrong.

Bullying is how they got to where they are today squashed all the small local owned companies. And then allow it in their stores.

According to all governments in this country, it's called competition. The idiot clones believe them and so support them by accepting the propaganda they are fed, yet never look at the real picture.
