Donna Fitchett is standing trial for the murder of her two sons. Map: Balwyn North 3104 A Melbourne man has told a Supreme Court jury how he tried to revive his two sons who were killed by their mother.

Good old lawyers, why should someone have to pay for killing their child when they're depressed. They're a victim of their own depression and therefore aren't fully accountable. Bullshit. We should try all lawyers for their manipulative skills.

The Defence has to say something - everyone is entitled to the best defence possible regardless of guilt or innocence. The task of the Defence is to create doubt that the accused is guilty, and if guilt is irrefutable, to try to minimise culpability - I admit they do go overboard sometimes.

One thing that I always notice in these cases - the accused tries to get out early by various means. If I committed a crime like this, I would remove myself from the world, even if I were declared legally not responsible for my actions.

Who did I discriminate against because of their race? If it's that Aboriginal post, you're actually more guilty than I am because you added a racial vilifcation with your post. So I'd like to know how me NOT saying something racist MAKES me racist? And you're not? I'm a victim of racial vilification from ANGLO TRASH.
