Racist rapes: Finally the truth comes out

So now we know the facts, straight from the Supreme Court, that a group of Lebanese Muslim gang rapists from south-western Sydney hunted their victims on the basis of their ethnicity and subjected them to hours of degrading, dehumanising torture. The young women, and girls as young as 14, were "sluts" and "Aussie pigs", the rapists said. So now that some of the perpetrators are in jail, will those people who cried racism and media "sensationalism" hang their heads in shame? Hardly.

The journalists, academics, legal brains and politicians who tried to claim last August that the gang rapes of south-western Sydney were just a run-of-the-mill police blotter story being beaten up by racists, scaremongers and political opportunists don't ever want to acknowledge the truth about that ugly episode in Australian history. They don't want to acknowledge the fear and tension that ran through a part of Sydney they rarely visit and can never understand.

This newspaper was the first to report the story, which had been common knowledge in police and media circles, and it has never censored the race element.

Even last week, with the conviction of two brothers for their part in the gang rape of Miss D, who was 16 when she was held at gunpoint in a Greenacre park, there were media outlets that downplayed the story and air-brushed race from it.

Yet the victims have been crying out for the truth to be told. In court on Friday, one victim gave another a card on which she had written

"Truth is Justice".

In August, when Judge Megan Latham handed out laughably lenient sentences to three men in one gang rape case, which were later more than doubled on appeal, she made a special point of debunking the race link: "There is no evidence before me of any racial element in the commission of these offences," she said. "There is nothing said or done by the offenders which provides the slightest basis for imputing to them some discrimination in terms of the nationality of their victims."

Except that later one of the victims complained her victim impact statement had been "censored" of any "ethnic" references by prosecutors intent on a plea bargain. She was convinced she was raped because of her ethnicity. "You deserve it because you're an Australian," the rapists told her during the five-hour attack.

It's just so inconvenient of the victims to insist on telling the truth.

"I looked in his eyes. I had never seen such indifference," one 18-year-old victim, codenamed Miss C, told the court, remembering one of the 14 men who called her "Aussie pig", gang raped her 25 times over a six-hour period in Bankstown and Chullora, and then turned a hose on her. "I'm going to f*** you Leb style," he said.

Fourteen gang rapists have been convicted, or pleaded guilty, thanks to the courage of seven victims who testified for days in court as their tormentors smirked nearby, the men's families threatened them and defence lawyers suggested they had enjoyed the rapes.

These were racist crimes. They were hate crimes. The rapists chose their victims on the basis of race. That fact is crucial to this story. If the perpetrators had been Anglo-Celtic Australians, the furore would have been enormous. No newspaper would have left out that fact and you can bet the guilt and shame would have been spread far and wide.

The Sydney Gang Rapes = Hate Crimes

The Sydney gang rapes were a series of gang rape attacks committed by a group of up to fourteen Lebanese Australian men led by Bilal Skaf against Anglo-Celtic Australian teenage girls, as young as 14, in Sydney Australia in 2000. The crimes — described as ethnically motivated hate crimes by some commentators — saw blanket media coverage, the passing of new laws, and the trumpeting of "more than 240 years" in jail time handed out to the nine men. In court transcripts, Judge Michael Finnane mused that the rapes were events "you hear about or read about only in the context of wartime atrocities."'

Attacks

10 August 2000, Thursday
Attackers offered a ride and a portion of marijuana to two teenage girls aged 17 and 18. The women were taken by the attackers to Northcote Park, Greenacre where more collaborators were waiting. The women were then forced to fellate eight males.[5]
12 August 2000, Saturday
A 16-year-old girl was brought to Gosling Park, Greenacre by who she believed was her friend, 17-year-old Mohammed Skaf. At the park she was raped by Mohammed's brother Bilal Skaf, and one other man, with twelve other men present who she said were "standing around, laughing and talking in their own language".[6] The second man was said to have held a gun to her head and kicked her in the stomach, before she was able to escape.[7]
30 August 2000, Wednesday
Another woman was approached by attackers at the Bankstown train station, who proposed she join them in smoking some marijuana at another location. She agreed and went with them, however she was taken to three separate locations by the men, raped 25 times by a total of fourteen men, in an ordeal that lasted six hours. After the attacks the woman was said to have been hosed down with a fire hose. The woman, who was known during the trial as 'C' to protect her identity, later told her story to 60 Minutes. She told of how the attackers called her an "Aussie Pig", asked her if "Leb cock tasted better than Aussie cock" and explained to her that she would now be raped "Leb-style".[8]
4 September 2000, Monday
Two women, both 16, were taken by the attackers from Beverly Hills train station to a house in another suburb, where three men repeatedly raped them over a period of five hours. One of the victims was told that "You deserve it because you're an Australian".[9]
[edit]Further attempted attacks
A further series of gang rapes were said to have been attempted, but thwarted. Four of the attackers were also convicted for an attack on Friday 4 August 2000 when they approached a fourteen-year-old girl on a train where she was threatened with violence, punched twice and slapped,[10] told that she would be forced to perform fellatio on several men and that she was going to be raped.

The Lebanses Muslim Rapists

Attackers

Bilal Skaf was said to have led and orchestrated the three August 2000 attacks. He was initially sentenced to a total of 55 years imprisonment but had his prison time reduced by the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal to 28 years, with parole available after 22 years. However, on 28 July 2006 Acting Justice Jane Mathews added another ten years to his sentence for his role in the 12 August rape (his original conviction over the attack was quashed in 2004 and a retrial was ordered after it was revealed that two jurors had conducted their own investigations at Gosling Park). Bilal Skaf will now be eligible for release on 11 February 2033. In March 2003, Skaf was charged with sending mail containing white powder to a corrections department official from prison in an apparent hoax terrorist act.

Mohammed Skaf, younger brother of Bilal Skaf was also said to have been one of the gang rape attackers. He was sentenced to 32 years for his role in the gang rapes but has also had his sentence reduced on appeal, to 19 years with a non-parole period of 11 years. However, on 28 July 2006 he received an additional 15 years, with a minimum of seven and a half years over the Gosling Park attack. Mohammed Skaf will now be eligible for release on 1 July 2019.[6] Skaf showed no remorse for his crimes, making sexually inappropriate remarks to female staff at the Kariong juvenile facility where he was incarcerated, and continued to blame his victims for initially agreeing to go with him because "they came out with us as soon as I asked them."

Belal Hajeid, then aged 20, was another gang rapist who was convicted and imprisoned for 23 years with a non-parole period of 15 years. Hajeid had his sentence later reduced on appeal.

Mohammed Sanoussi, then 18, gang rapist who was sentenced to 21 years with a non-parole period of 12 years for the August 10 and 30 rapes. Sanoussi had his sentence later reduced on appeal. Shortly after his conviction, Sanoussi's brother and cousin were banned from visiting him in prison for three months after a rowdy clash with staff at the Kariong Juvenile Justice Centre where he was incarcerated. Shouting broke out when staff removed the visitors after they had tried to pass newspaper clippings to the brothers about their sentencing the previous day.

Mahmoud Sanoussi, then 17, is the brother of Mohammed Sanoussi who was sentenced to 11 years and three months imprisonment with parole available after six-and-a-half years. Mahmoud Sanoussi unsuccessfully appealed against his sentence in 2005.

Mahmoud Chami,(then 20)- attacker sentenced to 18 years with a non-parole period of ten years. Chami unsuccessfully appealed against his sentence in 2004.

"H" (Identity sealed: H has had his name suppressed under court order due to his "intellectual and mental disabilities"[16]),(then 19), was sentenced to 25 years with a non-parole period of 15 years.'H' had his sentence reduced later on appeal.

Tayyab Sheikh, then 18, was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment with a non-parole period of nine years for his role in the August 30 rape. Sheik however received a retrial where he was sentenced to eight years and six months imprisonment with a non-parole period of four years and six months. Sheik was released from prison in late June 2007.

Mohammed Ghanem, then 19, was the final person to be sentenced and was imprisoned for 40 years with a non-parole period of 26 years for two counts of rape. Ghanem, like his co-offenders Bilal Skaf and Mohammed Skaf has shown no remorse for his actions, effectively opting to "tough it out" at the Kariong Juvenile Justice Centre where he was detained while awaiting his trial.

New laws

The public uproar caused by the gang rapes led to the passage of new legislation through the Parliament of New South Wales, dramatically increasing the sentences for gang rapists by creating a new category of crime known as aggravated sexual assault in company.[20] Also in the course of one of the trials, the defendants refused counsel as they believed that "all lawyers were against Muslims". This led to the contentious prospect of the defendants being able to cross examine the witnesses themselves,[citation needed] a situation that was averted by further legislation being put through the New South Wales parliament.[21]
Actions taken by government ministers, including the then Premier of New South Wales, Bob Carr, who publicly identified the perpetrators' background, led to controversy. Ethnic community group leaders, including Keysar Trad of the Lebanese Muslim Association complained that Carr was smearing the entire Lebanese Muslim community with the crimes of a few of its members, and that his public comments would stir up ethnic hatred.[22]
The first court case heard under the new sentencing regime concerned the gang rapes of two women by Pakistani immigrants in Ashfield on July 28, 2002.

Lebanese Muslim gang leader sentenced to 38 years jail for racially motivated pack-rapes of Australian girls

Bilal Skaf, the leader of a Lebanese gang which perpetrated racially motivated pack-rapes on Australian teenage girls in Sydney in 2000, was last week sentenced to a further term of imprisonment. Added to the the 28 years he is serving for other pack-rapes, his maximum term is 38 years.

His younger brother and accomplice Mohammed was sentenced to 15 years jail. With other sentences he will serve a maximum of 26 years.

To show their disdain for Australian culture and Australian females, gangs of Lebanese Muslims carried out violent, racist pack-rapes on young Australian girls around Sydney in 2000. Over 50 young girls were pack-raped during this rampage.

Bilal Skaf, the leader of one gang organised the pack rape of a sixteen-year-old girl known as Miss D near a soccer field in the Sydney suburb of Gosling on the night of August 12, 2000. Fourteen Lebanese youths-pack raped Miss D that night.

Nine of the men were brought to trial. Skaf made history when he was sentenced to 55 years jail. He appealed, and the conviction was overturned on a technicality. On April 18 this year a jury finds the brothers guilty for the second time.

Justice Michael Finnane who presided over the Skafs' trial, described the assaults, in August 2000, as "one of the greatest outrages in criminal terms that has been perpetrated on the community in Sydney ... militarily organised gang rape involving 14 young men".

"What this trial showed was that he was the leader of the pack, a liar, a bully, a coward, callous and mean," Finnane said of Bilal Skaf. "He is in truth a menace to any civilised society".

Apart from the Skaf brothers, those sentenced on October 11, 2002 following the original trial were:

Belal Hajeid, aged 20, sentenced to 23 years
Mahmoud Chami, 20, sentenced to 18 years
Tayyab Sheikh, 18, sentenced to 15 years
Mohammed Sanoussi, 18, sentenced to 21 1/4 years
Mahmoud Sanoussi, 17, sentenced to 11 1/4 years
'H', 19, sentenced to 25 years
Mohamed Ghanem, 19, sentenced to 40 years

Skaf is a weedy little bastard. Over the next 30 years he will most likely get a greater appreciation of the impact of rape.

Years of intimidation and violence against Australian by Muslim Lebanese gangs, together with police inaction, spark a violent outburst at Cronulla beach

Cronulla riots: Left-wing, politically correct journalists slag off Aussie patriotism
Martin Lehmann - 13 December 2005

The anti-Australian, left-wing mainstream media are having a field day blackening Australia's reputation following the Cronulla riots.

Tension had been building for months as gangs of Lebanese swarmed on to Sydney's Cronulla beach, jostling elderly patrons, abusing Australian families and threatening to "rape Aussie sluts" for wearing bikinis. They did not come to enjoy the beach in the Australian tradition. They came to flout their disrespect for Australian culture and for Australian law and order.

Matters came to a head the previous weekend when two young Australian lifesavers were bashed by a Lebanese gang.

Following a series of text messages, 5,000 Australians turned up last Sunday at Cronulla determined to "reclaim the beach".

Unfortunately, the combination of alcohol, hot sun and a group of neo-nazi infiltrators turned the demonstration into a raging mob. There were disturbing scenes of mob violence and attacks on police and ambulance officers.

Meanwhile the Lebs were planning a speedy retaliation. After dark, more than 40 carloads of Lebanese thugs descended on nearby Maroubra and indulged in an orgy of smashing car windscreens, jumping on car roofs, smashing shop windows and beating up anyone of Anglo appearance.

One man was stabbed in the back in a cowardly attack.

How did the print media portray it? All the emphasis was on the "racist" attacks by Australians. Very little mention of the Lebanese thuggery.

I trawled through the websites of the mainstream media next day, including The Australian, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Daily Telegraph and the Herald Sun. There were dozens of pictures of the Cronulla riots but not one picture of any of the dozens of car and shopfronts trashed by the Lebanese gangs. There were no pictures of the Leb gang members, not even a picture of the man who was rushed off to hospital with a Leb knife protruding from his back.

The mainstream media, particularly the print media, are an absolute disgrace.

The journalists portrayed the Cronulla riots as "racist" attacks but the lebs orgy of destructions is dubbed a "retaliation" attack.

The Leb problem has been simmering for years, but the journos have applied a Maxwell Smart cone of silence. People like ex-NSW detective Tim Priest have been warning of the dangers of Lebanese criminal gangs for years.

Last night the detestable Ellen Fanning interviewed Prime Minister John Howard on Nine's A Current Affair. In an incredibly biased piece of journalism Fanning desperately tried to get Howard to say that the Cronulla riots were racist and indicative of racism in Australia. Howard, to his credit was having none of it.

Even the electronic media refer to Cronulla as "race riots" and the Lebs violence as "ethnic violence".

If the media had done their job they would have exposed the looming problem with Lebanese lack of respect for law and order months or even years ago and perhaps avoided Sunday's confrontation.

It is no wonder that journalists are so despised.

Sexual abuse of children in India is among the most urgent crimes which our society must address. Nearly 95% of the abused are girls and more than 95 % percent abusers are males.

RAHI’s survey reports says that 70.5 % girls experience incest abuse or sexual abuse in one or the other form in India. Till now majority of the Indians avoid it or deny it and ignore it.

Every time a crime such as rape in committed upon an "Australian" girl (christian) by a person of muslim background, the courts are sympathetic to the perpetrators.
They have come from a 3rd world country, subjected to and carried out horiffic act to survive.
We need to suffer to integrate them...civilise them...why are we bringing in people who do not appreciate what they are being given for free!!!!!!!
Not all of them, but there is a significant number.
The fact is these judges living in their rarified suburbs in the Sydney Eastern suburbs or Northern suburbs, have never, nor their families, been subjected to racism by immigrant from 3rd world countries who hate "white" Australians.
The closest they would see any of these people outside of the courts is on TV, never in their suburb, shops, beaches etc.
