Dear Australians,

Firstly let me sincerely and unconditionally apologise for some really WICKED resident Indians.

I am an Australian of Indian origin and I love living in this land and has been a part of this society for ages! Sadly I've noticed that some Indians from Delhi, Bombay, Punjab etc are in to this hobby of bashing Australians, especially Australian women. These are not the signs of civilised people or a civilised culture.

For your information, Indians are born into an unequal society - which is very much layered and that has been the case for 3000+ years. These guys have been fed (through education system) this myth that the British are the reason for all the mess they live in. Well, no doubt the British have committed some evil, but also a lot of good. For example: the railways, education - which one single reason for Indian economical growth, democracy - sadly it's still in a quasi democracy i.e., democracy and casteism exists side by side etc.

So why all this argy bargy from some Indians?. Well, they are into this mission to re-claim some mythical past glory. India has never existed as country before the British. The so called India was hundreds of little kingdoms. Well, some kingdoms was ruled well and it prospered, and there was limited scientific and other developments. While many parts of the world has moved on, India hasn't.

So the resident Indians and their masters are of the view that it's the westerners who are stand in their from claiming this lost-past glory and the lovely (socially EVIL) culture. Now enter in Indian nationlists-Hindu militants like RSS, VHP, BJP etc. What you get is a toxic mix of twisted minds. Some of the resident Indians are the remanants of such forces. Please keep this mind when you allow Indians to migrate to this country, why would you want such hateful people in messing up this place. My suggestion is to check out if they have studied in nationalist schools or universities, Facebook and also do some private investigation before they are allowed in to the country.

So let me cut to the chase and suggest a few things. The best way to address this menace from mostly nationalist Indian men is to ignore them. The moment you see the location (some cowards do hide) I suggest you to ignore and disengage them.

Please note: There are many thousands of Australians of Indian origin who wants nothing - absolutely nothing with these idiotic nationalists. We detest them!!! So please don't put us in the same basket and think all Indians who live here hate Australia. This is far from the truth. Most of us work hard and do the best we can to make this place better.

So once again my heartfelt apologies to all Australians, and in particular to Australian women! We look forward to work with you in making this land a great nation.

May God bless you all!

A proud Australian of Indian Origin

Indians are not different to any other race, there's good, bad and the ugly within it.
All you can do is carry yourself with grace, it's not your job to apologise for anything outside yourself or your control, but I appreciate your sentiment.

This land is already a great nation thanks to us.
And it was because of Nationalism that it became great.
What we are being forced to endure now is 'internationalism' which is the reason these indian fckwits are here.
What we need is National Socialism.
Well, you have the right to your own opinion, however it the contribution of migrants to this nation is widely accepted. For example the Chinese were here in the 1800's. But I can understand the concern you have with some Indian lunatics. As far as I know, in the real world I live Indians are not like the trolls from some parts of India.

@ Astra. Thanks for this wonderful thread. You have written what many of us feel in USA as well. We are a part of these wonderful Nations and our hosts have been very tolerant and gracious to all of us.
Some new lunatics are disregarding the above. GOD BLESS our hosts. Amen.

I don't think tolerant is a good word to use, or host either. Indians have become part of every part of our society. In other words, you have become Americans. Two state governors were the children of Indian immigrants. My mother's doctor was Indian and took very good care of her.

Astra's post was very informative and interesting.

I think Astra misses the point here....Australia has nothing to gain and everything to loose from a large influx of indians......so it won't be happening.

Can an Indian ever become Australian? I'm not being sarcastic or anything, just curious.

But irrespective of what you think, Indians top the list of migrants. And by the way Indians are not like the refugees, most are highly qualified. I went to Dick Smith the other day, it was an Indian who was telling the Anglo-Saxon what to do. Even I may employ few Anglo-Saxons in the future, you will never know.
