My son and I went on this a few years back we went on the Victorian Elps route. It was fantastic there was about 4000 of us. They set up a new village everyday for us, as wed ride from one town to another.
Picture theater, pub, Horrid loo's of course, just a bit smelly, Showers. Food hall. Its great do it. The Great Ocean Rd. onse may be a bit boring I think flat roads, not much fun.

I can guarantee I'm not superfit. I put in a few km per day, one month before the ride, and did 10-20 on the weekend. Had NEVER ridden a 21 speed bike before; my last bike you had to peddle backwards to brake! I was 45 yrs old. But what seems to happen is you get fitter and fitter with each day. I could have gone on for another week. There was an 84 year old women on an old bike, wearing gardening gloves doing the ride. She wasn't superfit! She said, she was doing it to make great memories. What a Grand Nana.

There's heaps of info on the official website greatvic.com .au
I've ridden many and you will have the ride of your life. I can't remember what I was doing a couple of weeks ago but I can remember what I was doing on each of the Great Vic's I've ridden. It could sell out, like 2009 when it last went down the Great Ocean Road, so don't hesitate if you are interested.
