Bluesky customer service SUX

BlueSky sux for a number of reasons.

1.) The fatasses that work in customer service never actually help you.
2.) All they say is to turn or turn off your router and then tap your toes 3 times.
3.) When they say they'll call you back, it actually means they just need an excuse to ignore you.
4.)Since they are lazy, they won't actually contact the techs until they stop chatting on IM or coloring their nails.
5.) I had the same Fkin problem for 2 years until they finally fixed it.
6.) I'm paying out the ass for a meager 256kb and what am I getting? 20kb.
Ofcourse I can call LazyassService at bluesky to fix this problem but then they'll just tell me what I already know and then tell me they'll call me again and ignore me.

Seriously, Bluesky needs to fire all of the lazy, unqualified receptionists who don't do their job but just bulshit around all day.

Customer service is a very hard job. Its tough finding the right people who have the mind skill and the service skills. This issue sounds like it needs to be addressed A.S.A.P. or better yet try and get your money back and take your business to people who will work for it. I feel your pain I got the same treatment from comcast but any more!!
