Not one of those countries with Gypsies around have a clue how to deal with this unadaptable minority.
Even in EU, nobody knows how to deal with them.
Drastic measures were proposed, but rejected by EU officials.
Discrimination against poor Gypsies, they said.

Hungary urges EU members to present Roma plans
A Hungarian official who oversees programs to aid the country's Roma population is urging other European nations to fulfill earlier pledges to present strategies for integrating the minority group.
