Woman passes theory test on 950th try

A woman in South Korea has passed her driving theory test after 950 attempts.

Cha Sa-soon has taken the written exam almost every day since April 2005, Sky News reports.

Applicants must score at least 60% to pass the test, but she kept receiving between 30% and 50%.

Cha's attempts at the test are thought to have cost her more than five million won (£2,577). She is hoping that a driving license will help her with her door-to-door business, in which she delivers food and household items to customers.

However, she still needs to pass the practical section of the driving test.

When Cha failed her 771st try in February, traffic police officer Jung-seok said: "I feel sorry every time I see Cha fail.

"When she passes, I'll make a commemorative tablet myself and give it to her.

I agree with both of you Tesfaye and Doors Vista. American you should keep your piehole shut. The Chinese are investing alot in this country and whether you think its good or bad doesn't matter. They are funding scholarships to benefit Ethiopia's countrymen which in turn will benefit Ethiopia. The money for these scholarships are not coming out of your pocket or costing you anything in your taxes so be quiet and go whine about something that really you have a vested interest in and not what China is doing. PS. I am a American Citizen living in this country and it has one of the best if not the best courteous, generous people in it and the Ethiopians don't just say it in words, but show it almost everywhere you go in particular when you are invited to their homes. People like you "American" only show your stupidity when you make comments like you did.

Chinese are hard working people.We Africans learn a lot from them.And i thanks the chinese gov't for the roads that are constucted in different parts of Ethiopia and being on construction now.
