Canadian troops helped set stage for Afghan revolt against the Taliban

The Canadian military set up a forward operating base and spent $10 million to build a paved road linking Zangabad with Talikhan, Mushan and Bazaar-i-Panjwaii and neighbouring Zhari in Afghanistan.

And what did this ,,revolt,,( by the way,it wasn't revolt of Afghan nation. It was brutal, predatory,occupying war, invasion, which takes more than decade, terrible crime against humnaity commited by global criminals from usa and all brainless, greedy, criminal sidekickers of it}.And what did it give? It transferred Afghanistan to central part of heroin narco-business ( this Taliban wanted to stop this narcobusiness in Afghanistan}Is is better for Afghans, is their life better now, it seems that it is real tragedy for Afghans, what was done there by global criminals from usa and their criminal sidekickers.
