firstly usa is the main enemy of Afghanistan and all normal leaders should seek ties with normal countries just like China, Iran, India even Russia.
Why to ruin own country and lives of milions of citizens by keeping irrational ties with criminals, who have destroyed Afghanistan?
There are countries, who help to build Afghanistan, to create there normal system, which would be just for majority of people.
