Perhaps it is my understanding of the question and the motivation behind it. The question is: "Is Barack Obama a Muslim?" This is not a legal question, because in court the burden of proof is the responsibility of the accuser. If Barack Obama is a muslim but the accused "Obama" states he is not. Then in a court the accuser (the one asking the question" would have to state, "I intend to prove Barack Obama is a Muslim."

The problem with this questions is no one in America is required to tell another American their religious preference. So after some wondering this topic has become on of a birth certificate. Once a gain the burden of proof is on the accusers. Because you have not been shown a birth certificate does not mean anything, I need proof that Barack Obama is not an American Citizen.

As far as I can see there is no proof of deception, so there is no support for there being a serious problem. Most people are basing what they are saying on hearsay and this is really a non topic.
