Judge commutes 3 death sentences, citing racial bias

A North Carolina judge on Thursday commuted the death sentences of three convicted killers, including two who killed law enforcement officers, to life in prison without the possibility of parole after ruling that race played an unjust role in jury selection at their trials.

Hmmmm....where was all this outrage and indignation when blacks were being murdered by racist whites with total impunity? Not saying it is right nor do I cosign on their sentence being overturned because I don't know all the details and facts. But for generations blacks were shot, beaten, hung, burned and imprisoned falsely and there was none of the outrage we see here. Wonder why.....?
