Implement the present Laws now and for a start imprison those who made millions for themselves as investigators for the Marcos loot. These PCGG employees did it for three decades according to the Inquirer this morning. IMPLEMENTATION is what we need mosy in our system of Government. Blame CONGRESS

You are right ", it is so disgusting that none of them has been charged this far...they are just as crooked as the Marcos clan and here they are , free as a bird and laughing all these years how smart they are and how foolish is the government. It just seems like there are more crooks in this country of ours than the entire population,.... Disgusting...Nauseating and horrible ! What do you say fellowmen ????? Yet we call ourselves Christians !

You have touched off a long standing practice in the Philippines....The Investigator becomes the the crook and so on. There is no end to this trend, too many have been infected by the stesling bug" that you do not become rich if you have not the ability to steal especially from the Government,...you will get fired instead. ho ho ho ho/////

The trend is so obvious that not one reader has written in agreement to this observation. Stealing is also so general and widespread that even very destinguish personage are seen often in the News and will remain free until someone in the higher office finds that person deserves imprisonment. Strange how Politics will often twist the accusations if the guilty one is a pro or con in the Party., the party in turn becomes the final Judge and not the Supreme Court. What a travesty of Justice !Hypocrisy is what it is ! Nevertheless, it is MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES ! lol
