New home projects should be located outside the urban area if Malaysia wants to enjoy a sustainable land development and urbanization. These new homes should be able to house families instead of individuals like the city folks have. That way we can persuade village folks to live within the vicinity of townships while preserving their kampung values and lifestyle which is centered around family.
