Russia won't let Assad fall, because it wants to keep its military base there.

Russia is a crappy supporter of Syria. They only have their own interest. I have lost all respect for Russia. They thought that the regime was on its way out, so they quickly did an about face to try to appease the world. This is foolish and a sign of a weak supporter.

If they want to fix their image, they should provide assistance to Syria. Syria is invaded by foreigners, there is no way this is a civil war. A civil war is a war within, but when you have Turkey allowing terrorists into the country, and The Saudi and Qatari's are sending people in and providing weaponary, it is not a civil war!

I can't wait for this horrible situation to be over with... Senseless, ridiculous, destructive, heart breaking.. The average Syrian and children are who suffers the most.. All becuse of the INTERESTS OF OTHER COUNTRIES, big bank's, businesses men, corporations, and industrial producers of weapons, investments.. I really do hope a giant catastrophe happens 12/21/12 maybe it will bring humanity and the world together as human beings. Unlike the greedy, selfish, thoughtless, murderous, uncaring self centered society most of this world has become.

Oh, you can rest assured that Russia is providing a great deal more Support for Assad than it is willing to publicly admit.

Siding with foreign terrorists and domestic traitors, is an ignominy that will haunt the West for decades.

I don’t think it’s only about military base. I think Russia is truly trying to return respect for sovereignty in International relations; as right to sovereignty is guaranteed by the U.N. Charter, but the West has been completely ignoring it during the last three decades. It is in the interest of all countries, except few bullies, and it is also crucial to the peace in the World, that the sovereignty again be respected. Therefore, I do not think that either Russia, or China, will back off from their positions.

I agree 100% it's all about using the US banking institution, now in the digital age
when calculation can be 1million a second the world should have a lot of different currencies to make up a standard, not just one.

They have not done anything so far, so what is there to back off from?

If either one of those countries felt some good vibes about Assad or about Syrians why do they not work with the Syrians or Assad to end the war, instead they send in more weapons and ammunition and of course more cash, that in no way shows a good sign of helping, more like taking advantage of a helpless country to feed their own coffeurs.

Syria would not fall!It will surely overcome all the plans of its enemies. These idiots that supply guns to rogues to achieve their own interest would surely have a taste of what they have caused in other countries.

Good "point. The West will violate any international rule in it's quest for "regime change".

I invite the forum to consider religion, monotheism is simply this, Self Determination is the one and only concept that does not exist in possibility. If it did Self would Not be Alien to all other Self. Where did it come from, I'll tell you where it come from.
The perfection of Station (Fate) created in an aspect of possibility (Allah) Self Determination, because Allah chose ending,
ending didn't exist so existence became.
Perfection was gone never to return.
When the (p) Muhammad was returning from the battle of Badr he said we are finished with the lesser jihad and starting the greater jihad, ibn Taymiyya tied to this post, life is an opportunity to befriend Allah.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Libra

Be very careful when handling financial matters today because not everything is as straightforward as it seems. For instance, someone may tell you about a fail-safe way of making money but neglect to mention all the reasons why it's totally illegal. There could also be mistakes if you're spending money, such as being short-changed or overcharged. So watch out!
