Aristofani,
the Egyptians invented -so far as we know- the essence of geometry, not its name! And they did so because they had to divide their lands after the Nile withdrew and the boarders of each piece of land were not apparent any more. So every they practiced Geometry, no matter how they called it.
And we must not underestimate the Egyptian civilization as such! We borrowed many things from them, Plato himself invited Mathematicians from Egypt to teach in his Academia and so we had Aristotle with his schientific mind! Plato's works were influenced by this logical way of thinking and his works when he was hosting and socializing with those Egyptians were accordingly dealing with Logic issues.

The Egyptians did not progress much in Mathematics.
Being of Dravidian origin they had a 'computational' rather than a true mathematico-logical inclination as the GREEKS have.

Hello, Protagora!
I like this nick as I admire the sophists for what they trully contributed, not the latter bad reputation that was attributed to them.

I believe I said that the Egyptians used practical mathematics, as more correctly you say "cmputational", for practical purposes, not the ones that would lead to Logic, the Philosophic kind. This was developped by the Greek philosophers who however met the Egyptians.

Could you be more specific about what kinda problems I have???
Hmmm I think you need professional help to deal with your problems.

Anger managment would help.

And some help about your fear of women.

You need the help of a professional.

Daily Horoscope for May 19

Cancer

Try to get out and about today because it will do you good to have a change of scene. Even you, a home-loving Cancerian, can start to feel stale and bored if you're stuck in one place for too long, so try to vary your surroundings as much as possible today. Social events will go well, too, and you'll enjoy talking to people who make you think.
