That is why Barack has his "cult of personality". The voters want to be compared to Kenya rather than France.

Jeez you anti-American lefties are so dumb it's getting more and more painful to watch with the passing of every week. The way you morons spend more time worrying about the "rights" of sub-human Islamic terrorists than you do the safety of your own country and your own countrymen is just astounding. There is no better word than "traitor" to describe you.
and the reason that you're not over there fighting these Islamic Terrorists is?

You are correct once you discount the 58% approval rating for the U.S. getting out of Iraq.

By the way - there were no terrorists in Iraq until we got there.

Dick Cheney is there now , and I believe he's a known terrorist. How many times he's played the terror card to frighten us here in the States especially when things have gone bad for Republicans.

Strange that we never heard of terrorists in Iraq when Sadaam was in power. Strange that we never heard of terrorists in Iraq until year one of our occupation there.

No wonder you guys on the right can't seem to get the foreign relations correct when you deny every plausible fact. Ostrich management at its greatest.

NEWSFLASH- Saddam was a terrorist himself. He killed THOUSANDS of his own people, which makes him a terrorist. So- I guess there WERE terrorists in Iraq before we got there. You just didnt realize that they were running the country.
Cheney is a terrorist?? Last time I checked, we havent been attacked here in the US during Bush/Cheney terms.
As for FEAR, guess you havent seen Pant Suit Patty s 3 a.m.ad?? Tell me thats not a scare tactic.

Notice how this news come just in time to distract the American people from the unduly elected gorilla in the White Houses' FALSE econcomic reports.
Two Bushes president, two attacks on the World Trade Center. Wonder what
promises were broken that made so many people so mad at the US?
I will dissect this backwards.

First of all, Clinton was pPresident during the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, that misstatement itself tells me you do not know what your talking about.

The CIA never trained AQ, this is often the cry of the far left anti American bunch. The CIA funded and trained Afghans to fight Soviet troops who invaded. Read some books before making dumb statements.

As far this AQ operative, it is an organization with many members, not just two. The fact that he is captured is some republican conspiracy to take away attention from the economy?? Are you nuts, like must are going to know who this guy is.

As far as "torture", this is an animal who would kill your children without thinking twice, this is who we are battling, better get used to it.

If they want to be jihaddists, then you live with the consequences of getting caught. Cut off his feet and hands and turn him loose as the lefty suggests.

Good point!!

I don't run around saying the Clintons are evil, or agree with the conspiracy nuts about Hillary killing Vince Foster etc., but to see this nonsense that Bush is at fault for everything and ignore Clinton's obvious failure on this issue is insane.

According to Mike Schuer, former CIA analyst assigned to the unit monitoring Bin Laden, Clinton had 10 chances to kill or capture UBL and he passed on each one.

Bush's response to 9/11 has prevented a major attack against the U.S.(here or abroad)in 7 years. That is the longest period of time the U.S. has not been hit in 30 years.

Critique over Bush's policy in Iraq is of course valid and should be discussed, even criticized, but this nonsense of cover-ups, torture, attack on civil liberties etc, is all being skewered to attack Bush. It is as if people who would normally support these policies are attacking them soley because they are related to Bush.

If the next President is a Democrat I hope he/she keeps these policies in place in order to keep my family safe. I for one will not be complaining about "losing my civil liberties" because a Democratic President signs the surveillance bill.

Obviously, you forgot 9/11, not to mention the Anthrax problem of 2002. Last time I looked, Bush and Cheney were in the White House during September of 2001. I think you may have overlooked these items in your quest for "facts".

About Saddam, I don't think anyone really admired the guy despite the usual right wing lies that you guys spew. He gassed countless Kurds and Iranians with help from American satellite recons. During the Iran-Iraq war, we furnished him with the Iranian coordinates. So I guess that makes us complicit in the terrorism.

At last count, their have been 600,000 Iraqi citizens killed because of a war that we started over mythical "weapons of mass destruction".

How about those "liberal" facts

Do you really think that Bush's 8 months in office (time of 9/11) compares to the 1993 WTC bombing, 1995 and 1996 Saudi Arabia bombings, 1998 Embassy bombings, 2000 USS Cole bombing and the 2000 LAX plot (stopped by an alert US Customs agent, even though the Clinton administration later took credit for it). On average there was a major attack every 3 years. There has been "0" major attacks since 9/11,(a few murders, Daniel Pearl, Paul Johnson etc. but no major attacks).

As far as Iraq, well your critcisim is valid, the occupation did not go as planned. But do you really think the administration knew there were no WMDs and invaded anyway? Why? What would be the reason?(Please do not say oil, that is the standed response from most who known nothing of the Middle East, all they had to do is lift the embargo and more oil would of flowed to the U.S.).

As far as our support for Saddam, yes we did support him over Iran, he was the lesser of two evils at the time, just like our backing of the Mujhaddin in Afghanistan. Believe it or not the world changes. Saddam became an enemy of the U.S. with his invasion of Kuwait, our ally.

Saddam had no close relations with al-Qeada but did support anti-U.S. terrorist (Abu Nidal, Abu Abbas-Achile Lauro hijacking, al-Zarqawi-in Iraq before our invasion).

The valid questions should of been: Yes, Saddam is a danger to the U.S. but can he be contained?? That was the million dollar question before our military action in 2003.

I would not doubt your statement that this war should not of been started, that's a great point, but to think that any administartion (liberal or conservative) would go to war in this day and age knowing their reason is 100% false is just crazy.

First off EINSTEIN, the 2001 attacks were planned for YEARS, meaning Bill Clinton was in office while Al Qeada plotted, and did NOTHING to try to stop it. he did NOTHING about the Embassies in Africa and NOTHING about the bombing of the Cole.PS- these are FACTS Mr Left Wing Liberal.
There may be 600,000 Iraqi's killed so far, but that means there are 600,000 LESS terrorists in the world today.
By the way, how safe have you and your family been in the last 7 years??No attacks against us in that time period-FACT.
Left wing liberals only consider information THEY agree with to be facts.
