First, congrats to the foreign minister.
2nd, see how him being gay is a NON-ISSUE, as it should be!
3rd, shows how THIS country needs to get into the NOW, instead of living in the past!
And the sun STILL rises, shines, and sets in Germany.

It would be nice to see a gay chief of state in Western Europe (Iceland is too small to really count). Of course, it is unlikely to be this guy unless he switches to a plurality party.

I don't recall if FDP has ever gotten the chancellorship - don't think so.
