Dont worry Scops Gruevski will give more allowances to the Albanians to keep them quiet and by the time you get in the EU your children will speak Albanian and you will have no choice but to change fYroM name.

I think that PASOK has made its position very clear:
It does Not accept FYRO's irredentism or any of its political archaisms!
Now,I would like to see some document that PASOK has changed position.
I accept as valid the ALL-Greek Political Party Leaders Declaration of 1993 where it is clearly said that
'neither the name MACEDONIA nor its productions ,adjectives of etc., can be allowed to be used by FYROM'.

Macedonian Prayer Featuring God Himself
Oh yeah, in case you white people out there don’t know yet you are all “Macedonoids”! That's what God said on TV.

A nine minute video appeared recently on Macedonia’s national TV in which non other but God himself speaks to Macedonians calling them the oldest nation and conceivers of the white race.

Yes the over dramatized overture sounds pathetic at the very least but I said - ok, all people have been oppressed in one way or another trough history so they are entitled to say their prayers to whoever they think fit.

You know Macedonia has not been doing really well recently. NATO and possibly EU are conditioned with change of its name due to the Greek blockade, the economy is poor as ever and the global downturn is not cheering people either.

Macedonia Recognises Kosovo
Skopje _ Macedonia has recognised the independence of its northern neighbour Kosovo, Macedonia’s Foreign Minister, Antonio Milososki has announced.

“This is a significant decision for Macedonia which is not against Serbia... Macedonia wants to continue good relations with Serbia,” Milososki told journalists.

"After parliament adopted a resolution, the government discussed the issue and made a decision to recognise the independence of Kosovo," Macedonia's Foreign Minister added.

A new Macedonian encyclopedia is being withdrawn so that errors can be fixed _ including wrongly calling an ethnic Albanian leader a war crimes suspect.
The Macedonian Academy of Science and Art says in a statement that "mistakes will be corrected," but offers no explanation of how they occurred. The work, published two weeks ago, also refers to ethnic Albanians by a term they consider offensive.

I could care less about PASOK's stance on the name issue with Macedonia. It is vital for Greece's struggling economy to undergo some serious reforms. As the leader in the Balkans Greece's economy directly affects the entire region. Where as ND has managed to fill the pockets of corrupt politicians and greedy business men, PASOK can bring the reform necessary to stimulate the economy.

I know how sensitive Greeks are, my family came from Greece and I still have family there. My nephew finished university and makes 700 euro a month with an electrical engineering diploma. This is pathetic, things need to change.... the name issue with Macedonia, foreign policy with Turkey, these issues are back seat to issues that affect the people.

Vote for PASOK..... its the only option if you want a better future for your family and mine.
