I think it is great that the companies are being very responsible by providing compensation , adhere to environmental practices, and providing education . These ate all very helpful because those effected by the project will be making a career transition . Without training for a new job people might have to go from working on their own land to working for someone else at an unskilled job. To help ease the career change process, let us provide provide people effected by the project with some training and education in the following areas:

- Green Architecture & Green Energy ( ie.. Building shelter with solar energy panels and flushing toilets)
- Sustainable Water System: Rainwater harvesting / recycling, infiltration, drainage , etc..
- Computer & Technology (. Ios device as well)
- Economic / Finance
- Media & Journalism.( have your voice heard)
- Political science

- Metta in Action : Transforming Society Through Good Deeds
- Leadership & Togetherness
- Meditation : Contentment & Wisdom

These are some areas which the country might want to focus on. Why not start with the people that are in need of a career change at this moment. Let us move toward a new beginning.
