Scottish national party to press for independence

Scotland's separatist government said Thursday that it would push for a referendum on independence from the United Kingdom next year - a proposal unlikely to go far because the nationalists are outnumbered in Scotland's parliament.

Or perhaps if things got as grim as you predict then maybe instead of taking a backward step with England, Scotland could perhaps consider offering the Russians some vacated American bases. I'm sure a Russian presence in Scotland would guarantee us a reliable fuel supply unlike England's deal-in-the-desert backstabbing immoral attempts to lie with the mad dog of tripoli.

She is just as much a Scottish Queen as she is an English Queen. There aint a single drop of English blood in her. She aint my Queen! The music and lyrics to "God Save the Queen/ King" was composed by a German. So don't say "typical English mentality"
