Minority government = tail wagging dog.. ;-)

Often the only time that real politics cannot avoid real public issues.

When they have a majority, the special interests tend to avoid any real action on anything since they are satisfied with their being on top.. and want to avoid any progress that might threaten their status as useless drones.
