maybe if the people's republic doesn't fall because of its own weight, we'll see the other way around in the future: yanqui president hopefuls would have campaigned in china.

There is only one good thing the commies did for China, which was to drastically reduce the tremendous drug problem China suffered from since the Brits traded opium to China in exchange for goods. The British Empire forced China to take the opium as a trade good. Now, wasn't that nice of Marry old England? But I digress.
These commies are still commies and like the totalitarians they are, will never give the Chinese people any modicum of civil rights that we in the US are now pouring down the Airport drains with every new law allowing our civil Rights erosion.
The Chinese need to get out of Tibet a sovereign state where the Chinese army rules with an AK47 and murder.
The Chinese need to stop supporting North Korea which is the most repressive government in the world today. You can't really call what N. Korea has a government, it is a fat little pumpkin looking lineage of criminals that have a history of kidnapping South Koreans, taking these kidnap victims to North Korea for what ever reason, never to be heard from again.
China is a human relations nightmare that continually votes against UN issues like condemning Syria for human rights violations. How could China with horrible human rights violations of it's own vote to help any civilian population anyway.
Yep, China is a burgeoning economy that lends the United States money so our out of control spenders in Washington D.C. can continue to bring home the bacon to the constituents even when "We the People" can no longer support ourselves.
Anyone that believes China has the worlds health at heart is badly misinformed.
