There is the answer; the Chinese Communist Party members themselves (and almost every wealthy Chinese is a CCP member, of course) are preparing for the inevitable end and collapse of the Chinese Communist Party dictatorship and will flee overseas.

They know the regime is DOOOMED, and they run the regime.....

.....So, all Chinese should prepare themselves for the imminent collapse of the crumbling Chinese Communist Party dictatorship.

After all, the CCP members themselves are doing just that.
