This re-affirms to me that iff a de facto Sino-Japan military conflict begins over the Senkakus/Diaoyu Islands, CHINA'S PRIMARY FOCII WILL BE THE PLA-LED MILITARY CONQUEST OF TAIWAN.

The Senkakus/Diaoyus dispute, the South China Sea,+ Himalayas? will be secondary combat fronts to Taiwan.

Remember, China still desires to have ECON, TECH-SAAVY JAPAN under its umbrella, not anymore under the US. CHINA ALSO DESIRES TO KEEP RUSSIA OUT OF ANY CONFLICT IN NE ASIA, WHICH WON'T HAPPEN IFF RUSSIA GETS ALL NERVOUSY TWITCHY OVER CHINESE CONVENTIONAL ANDOR NUCLEAR STRIKES AGZ MAINLAND JAPAN.
