First, It's called Nakhchivan and not "Nakhichevan". Second, Iran can not do that. And they know the reason.

Azerbaijan will have to communicate with Nakhcivan via Iranian territory???

Did the Iranians..... or perhaps I should better refer to the Armenians .....did they ever hear about satellite communication????

And Armenia should just dare to attack Nakhcivan ...well it borders with Turkey ... do not think Turkey will accept that....

The Iranian as well as Armenian governments are just envy about the excellent relation between Turkey & Azerbaijan (& Georgia).....
