Beside, two of these religions base their beliefs on Judaism; proof that they worship the same God.
But there is no proof that the God exists...

I think the fact that most Jews are secular is what makes me proud to be Jewish...

Religion is silly

Well, that's the difference between rationalism and spirituality.

Faith doesn't need proof: it's an inner belief .

People in fact don't need scientific explanation to believe in God: they do, or they don't.

It maybe a spiritual need, I don't know.

The Archbishop of Michigan may have his own reason to say that, but that goes again the opinion of scholars. Some people think their religion is the only "true" one. It's an immature concept, mostly seen from outside by people who aren't religious.
Also, repeating "evil God" and other negative comments about Muslims show that you have an agenda. You are Islamophobes, so no intelligent conversation can take place with people like you.
All your posts are hate messages...
How do you know what God is? Muslims do "share the same fundamental beliefs" of Judaism and Christians. They promulgate hatred, murder and violence. Their beliefs are antithetical to the other religions. What happened in your life to make you such a pansy? You're married to a muslim...aren't you.

I am not religious myself, so I base my impartial comments on studies made by theologians, historians and religious scholars.

I cannot see what is "pansy" about my attitude; I am just open-minded and I don't follow mass hysteria. I think there is room for everyone, and all sorts of beliefs. I am very tolerant and absolutely not paranoid.
No, I am not married to a Muslim, but I would have no problem marrying one if the occasion presents itself.

I guess I don't understand the need for spirituality in the 21st century. The Enlightenment was all about replacing religious dogma with rational thought.

If we used rational thought, a French Muslim would see a French Jew as his neighbour and compatriot, but dogma teaches him to see the Jew as his eternal enemy. Same for the radical settlers in the West Bank that use violence against the Palestinians.

Religion is the source of most of the world's conflicts.

I just cannot hate people, and I see what I have in common with others before I see what differenciates me from them.

I am also curious of other cultures, and tolerant of them.

Well, people drift away from religious beliefs, I think, but keep the cultural values.

Not all Jews believe that Muslims are enemies and vice-versa. Most people are moderate and avoid unnecessary conflict. Most people who have moved to Europe have adopted its pragmatism and moderation. But not all, unfortunately...
The Jews v. Palestinians in the West bank is a political conflict where religion is used as a tool.

I still think that the radicalisation of Muslim youth in Europe is a big problem that people are too afraid to address. I feel the same about the radicalisation of Israeli youth.

Religion was invented by men to suit the needs of men only. The majority of religions are hateful towards women, islam being the worst.

The economic downturn affect mostly those at the bottom of the social ladder; in Europe, they are the Muslims.
So, out of hopelessness, some young Muslims become militants and get involved in religious extremism, tainted with violent radicalism.
Religion can become a support and a cover for terrorism.

I think culture in general suited only men until the 20th century.

I agree religions discriminate against women, at least the Orthodox brands. But trust me Hasidic Judaism is as bad as Islam towards women. Thankfully in Judaism we have the Reform and Conservative movements.

I was talking about the few European Muslims who get radicalised; the majority is from poor background, not integrated in society.

Bin Laden started Al Qaeda in Saudia Arabia for political reasons.
