As you know last 15 days were real a couple of Medz Yegerns to all Armenian communities and Diaspora who are supporting a Genocide thesis for decades..
-USA, San Fransisco Court's Verdict about insurace companies
-French Constitution Conceil's verdict to cancel the Sarkozy's Bill eternaly..It is now a piece of French Constitution and can not change.
-Mrs.Clinton's ""Conflict not Genocide""letter to Anca
But,as you see the world justice does not thinking the same and all the political efforts in the Parliements instead of Historians Comittee or scienctific evidents&proofs seems to collapsed one by one..
The main explanation to the last failures in several fronts is""Armenians can not answer those questions below and the world started to searh the facts beyond this much great propoganda efforts by the Armenians.
As you have acknowledged last week Armenians lost 3 major fronts in USA and France after European Court of Justice's 2003 and 2004 Verdicts about the the Turkish Admission to EU..
Armenians must answer these questions immediately..
1)Why was every single Ottoman official, incarcerated for war crimes during the nearly two-and-a-half years of the Malta Tribunals, finally acquitted?
2) The “Sick Man of Europe,Ottoman Empire” was on her knees, financially broke and depleted of manpower (thanks to German-directed military mobilization) and needed resources. Why would the empire choose this most inopportune time to target the Armenians, who made the financial wheels turn and were clearly a vital resource to the country?
3) The “Sick Man of Europe” was on her knees, financially broke. Why would she spend a fortune on resettling the Armenians?
If the idea was to wipe them out, why didn’t they massacre them on the spot, as the Armenians did with the Turks?
4) Could the Ottoman Turks have the TECHNOLOGICAL capacity to carry out a government-sponsored genocide on such a grand scale?
5) If the idea of the resettlement program was to subject the Armenians to a slow, genocidal death, why did so many Armenians survive?
If there was a true government sponsored policy of extermination, why leave the barely-living starved alive? In short, it all boils down to: how could the great majority...one million out of less than one and a half million... have survived?
6) Why then, would the Turks fool around by going through the musical chairs of separating the men (remember, the Armenians claim the men were largely unarmed)?
Also, why were there supposedly so many orphans?
If a government has in mind to wipe out a race, why leave so many children alive?
The Armenians didn’t intend to leave the Turkish children alive.

Not everybody believe in these accusations of genocide.
Beside that, many think that reintroducting the issue has been timed to coincide with the French presidential election.
If you look back, 5 years ago, Sarkozy had already mentioned his opposition to Turkey joining the EU. Now he tries to make it impossible.
There is no limit to the dirty tricks a desperate politician will resort to...

The sooner this issue is buried, the better.
It may take a few more generations before the countries concerned can close the subject and live in harmony. Reconciliation must come at some point.
Festering hatred generation after generation is no way for humanity to go ahead. Most countries need each other and permanent hostility and recrimination is no way forwards.
