Jerome Cohen denies Chen trial study group claims misquote
Law Professor Jerome Cohen denied plans to establish a study committee to review the human rights of imprisoned former President Chen Shui-bian. The incarcerated former leader of the Republic of China in-exile has been held in harsh conditions since his 2009 conviction following a controversial trial marred by procedural irregularities.

Michael Richardson's friend and benefactor, the former Republic of China in-exile Justice Minister, Cheng Chung-mo, is still enjoying fat pension payments from the ROC while sayin it's a government in-exile.
While legal researcher Roger Lin haven't burned his ROC ID card yet even when he swears he doesn't recognize the ROC!
