Very good advise and in the reality its so True for North Korea's Economy.

Why spend half of a century for Nuke but unreachable besides N-Korea citizen are in starvation. Imagine if N-Korea liberates the South, the whole country eat dirts, you want to liberate other then you must be better than them in all aspects.

In my opinion to Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un, just be practical for the needs of People.

Plus, North Korea would be doing themselves a huge favor. If they get on the good side of the U.S. then they can expect humanitarian aid in which they would receive a great amount from the U.S. and China. But then if the U.S. keep burrowing money from China and handing that money to other countries then it would basically be the U.S. digging its own grave while North Korea and China prospers. Although, throughout history, civilizations that prosper cause all other civilizations to prosper someway or another at some point in time, so my theory is the U.S. would still be prospering while declining at the same time.
