Not sure what you are saying-meaning.

But my thought on the whole thing is China wants to keep a rouge country around and keep the drain on USA to protect S.Korea and be a front for other things like sell nukes or weapons to Iran.

China just wants control, over every country, and it's own people same same same.

That is more the way it is.

Now that North Korea made it's no policy change comment, the entire world should quietly turn it's back on them, walk away, and give them nothing.
Tell them OK have it your way and just walk away and forget they even exist.
