what was in last ten years betveen two koreas, few naval incidents. in afghanistan is one day more incidents then in koreas last ten years, but we listening by north korea strong words "nuclear war", "all out war", "big war". it mean that everithing is just bluffing and propaganda by north korean regime. tensions are high only because rhetoric, not really war. it is old north korean game, strong rhetoric but they dont want war. always the same.

Yes..the North Koreans have often used shrill rhetoric and many anaylsts often dismissed it as "bluffing". However, the last attack on Yeongbyeong indicated that the North Korean's rhetoric is not mere rhetoric afterall. The destruction on Yeongbyeong was a result of the lack of vigilance on th part of the skorean military and the population in the island who were caught by surprise by the North's sudden attacks. In fact earlier warning of war by the North fell on deaf ears.

As such i think it is not right to dismiss the North threats as empty ones. The South Korea govt is now taking very seriously every threat by the North.

South Korea puppet shameless regime is better to realize the facts that the provoctive moves are unworkable approach that was never workable. Its time of the regime to learn otherwise, its digging its own grave once and forever.
