The unions did put up the white flag that is why there is no longer any job security or Employers who are dedicated to having a ongoing and cosistant work force...because the unions dropped the ball...instead of implementing things like maternity leave and the like they should have encouraged loyaly to staff and taken it up to howard when he introduced work choices...and they should disband the nonsences that fines workers for protesting.....Because the unions backed down....workers rights were depleted their wages reduced to well below that of the cost of living....and the unions during the Howard years were nowhere to be seen, Howard ran rough shod and won.....Bring back the workers right to strike without penalising them.....bring the average workers wages back to be able to cope with cost of living....Speil is not going to cut it without action...and the Fair work Australia aren't doing the job....Companies like Qantas do what they like sack and hire who they like regarless of years of service...people want job security and to be able to meet the cost of living...we are not a third world country we have a boom...and yet the unions sit on their arses...Where were they when Howard allowed immigrants in for jobs....Now one of their own is in power and guilty of doing the same thing avertising for overseas workers cops and the like instead of building our expertise...the unions have sold out.....

Why do you never complain about totally brain dead moderator Rupert?

Do you know something that we already know?

A reminder, you are not dealing with gullible juvenile delinquents.

The sooner you admit to your mental illness and excesses and retire in shame, the better it will be for you and your clones.

The only time Australia will run efficiently again is when that Red Headed clown with the poofter boyfriend (Gillard) is booted out of power. Not sure who she is sucking off to keep the top job - but her Government and her have created so much hate & scandles, more than any other leaders. The unions will continue to collapse the longer she is in.
