Letís face it, whilst Labor is in government, the economy will shrink in to recession.
As a small business owner, I can assure everyone that my business has only grown and employed new staff under Liberal governments.
Since Labor won in 2007, our company has reduced staff by 17, 12 of those since Julia Gillard took over.
To add a personal comment here, I canít help but associate Julia Gillard and the way she speaks to that of FORREST GUMP and Wayne Swan must be the identical twin, as he wouldn't know if his box of chocolates was full or empty and wow, he's the treasurer (maybe his mother needs to give him some input)
Itís a shame Gillard and Swan doesnít share the same success Forrest Gump had with his business in the end.
What Australia needs is, a government that is elected, not formed by negotiations with minor radicals, a government all Australians will have confidence in, a government that will lead Australia back to prosperity.
When people have no confidence in a government, employers stop employing, people stop spending as job security is threatened, interest rates rise to combat inflation and the country comes to a standstill (recession).
Although inflation happens for many reasons, in my opinion the main cause is due to reduced turnover and profits in business (people not spending), hence increased prices to offset losses.
So it comes back to confidence in a government, if we have confidence in our government, employers will employ again, job security is returned, people start spending and the country will return to prosperity.
Forget all your small dislikes of John Howard, but really, was there ever a better time to live in Australia ?. Great wages, everything was affordable, first home buyers as young as 18, people buying investment properties, new cars we could never afford before, the list goes on.......
Without doubt, John Howard, the stubborn little man was the best Prime Minister this country ever had.
He spoke passionately about his love for Australia and his "fellow Australians", he was a true leader, the only Prime Minister that if I met, I would address as "Mr Prime Minister".
Tony Abbott may be a little rough around the edges, but one thing is for sure, he learnt a lot from John Howard and John Howard would be there "on tap" when and if Tony Abbott is elected.
A Liberal government is the only way forward for Australia, so I urge all Australians to make a noise, be heard and let Gillard and her useless government know we donít want them a day longer.
Thanks
If your business is shrinking, dont blame anyone but yourself. We are still getting over ten years of little Johnny, and when thats fixed, things will be better, My business is improving.

William J is obviously just a bad businessman.
Company profits soar, defying global jitters
Company profits soared to a record high in the year to September, official figures show.

If Julie Gillard had any dignity at all, she would resign as PM. We the people do not want her. We voted for Kevin Rudd, NOT Julie Gillard. If she doesn't go now she will be gone at the next election. Get the message Julia Gillard.

She may be an aetheist but Australia is a Christian Country, this is not the right place for Muslims, send them all back, they do not want to live here and accept the Australian Culture.
We need a mining tax. What's the good of having all our (the Australian people's) natural resources gouged from the Earth, and polluting our waterways and destroying farmland in the process, to only profit those who work in the mining industry, whilst putting upward pressure on other sectors like housing and infrastructure, and depriving other businesses of employees because they cannot compete with the mining industry on wages?

No we don't need another tax...and especially not on mining...there are farmers out there that because of the pollutents that were being delivered to the waterways by chemical fertilisation from their crops, they are now growing rotating feilds of crops as a soil builder and nitrogen producer and to keep the waterways clean....what I am saying is don't let the government have another tax their job is to ensure that mining doesn't pollute and destroy the land and earth by introducing tough laws...not taxes..... mining in Kwinana have to return the land back to its native state prior to mining and they have been fined when their ponds got a leak etc...that is the job of the government, The private sector like farmers, miners and the like can be forced by the government to comply to rules and regulations...it is the private sector with their money with cooperation with companies like the CSIRO that invent these new cropping practices, drought resistant plants to feed us, alternate power sources etc...let them get on with it...the government is overstepping it's mark here....

I understand that you are opposed to immigration of non-whites into Australia, I just wonder what are your views on the Australian Aborigines, considering they were the first residents here, or are you opposed to any one who is not 'white'?

Juliar is only interested in herself and her own financial gain. Our Govenor General won't step in since her son and daughter in-law are in parliament under Juliar. They both should be sacked and replaced.

Look, at the end of the day, not even the current mob of left wing socialist soft cock wankers with all the resources of everyone else's money can fix the Aboriginal problem.

I suggest we send them all to New Zealand - they love their Natives.

Mate.. you are clearly nuts.
The natural resources belongs to the states. South Australia issues the mining permits in SA, as does WA in WA etc. The feds just want a piece of the action.

I loved how WA jacked up the royalties in the first week after Julia announced the mining tax, which wrecked her budget in one go.. just proved how inept the Labor party is as securing taxation.

Ahh hell, the labor party has just about cocked up everything.. border protection, Mining Tax, Carbon Tax, Education revolution which then became Gonski which shafted Universities, then there is the tax to fund disability insurance which we were never going to have, and now there is $12bn that has gone missing... how about slipper - backed a winner there didnt she? and how about Craigs list of brothels? On a state basis it does not get any better with Peodophile MP in SA and Eddie O in NSW.

The Labor party should be sent back to the pit of despair like they deserve.
