China prosperity can benifits some poor and honest friend like Cambodia ,pol pot era just only the past mistake.

That is just modern colony. Do some infrastructure project, made brobe to officers to buy mineral and rent land very cheap, bring million chinese to Cam...Cam should learn manderin soon.

that's good. better than vietnam ,take land , build nothing , floating all over lake,drop donut into water to feed fishes and then catch , eat and sell 'em to cambodian people
