US military to boost Philippines presence; China tells army to be prepared

MANILA: US and Philippine officials are expected to agree on an increase in the number of US military ships, aircraft and troops rotating through the Philippines, Filipino officials said, as tensions simmer with China over its maritime claims.

What you said does not matter. What matters here: Philippines wants USA military to come. And that's a very good sign.

USA must confront China now or a lot of wrongs against USA, against the world will happen.
