Obviously the "Peoples' Liquidation Army" is TOO WEAK AND INCOMPETENT to fight, and is begging fishermen to do their job!

I guess all the PLA's resources are needed to kill Chinese people to help the failing Chinese Communist Party dictatorship "cling to power"!
