Expect a lot of changes in 2013, with new policies out on birth control, Hukou system, dual citizenship, and more social welfare, as China heads closer to becoming the world's largest developed country around 2025.

No, they don't need to do that. What they are doing today is just fine. 1.4 billion Chinese are thankful of the way things are being done, especially in the US. Keep it going. Don't believe the people who think the system there needs changing that you need to change. As long as you and your kids can pay beck the loans everything will be fine. God bless America!

(actually,, it happened 5 yrs ago,, plz dont tell any one)

As for you, you'll probably get prosecuted for money laundering for A-bian in New Zealand by 2013.

No worry about this running dog bill slipping away in New Zealand. Taiwanese police is on the way to pound him and take him back to face justice. Excellent!

China Renames Itself as "United People Services" - UPS
==========
Beijing - The Evolutionary Council of China announced that China's official name will be the "United People Services", or UPS. The announcement came only seconds after the signing of an agreement that has been negotiated ... under the table for 666 years

The New China - UPS - will have EXACTLY 8 states (provinces), 88 counties, 888 cities & 9,999 townships

UPS of USA spokeman Newt Orden said :
"China ... or rather, the UPS ... will get much-needed creative energy to transform Chinese ... to a rich brand on a truly global scene. The deal generates synergies for both sides. UPS will hire 1 million Chinese & starts delivering EVERTHING from now on"

Related annoucements :
* Google offers every Chinese an 88-Yuan wifi phone (iGo) with Voice Interface to iGoogle Everything
* Apple promotes "1 Yuan a Day iSale" of iPad, iPhone, Ipod & iAnything to all Chinese (Ofcourse, financed by iBank)

There are still puzzling challenges to be worked out. As Bei Won, a Beijing restaurant owner, put it:
"We now can say,'Thank you for calling Wok UPS food, what can I get you?' That sounds silly. But 999 million horny Chinese just wanna mouth to mouth Chinese food delivery! My business will become a Kiss n Eat Sextaurant"
