Yep! Civic responsibility is the most important thing that we should remember and carry out in everyday life. This winter vacation, I travel to Hong Kong, and what impressed me most is the way hongkong people behave themselves. They never smoke in public, never eat on metro, and queue up conscientiously whenever it needs to do so, and so many others phenomena. And I think you are right! The mainland china needs to raise our civic responsibility and moral responsibility.
