How do you link 'Toyota is not American-Oriental Defect' to 'Chinese look back in anger at Japan's wartime atrocities'(the full story's title)? The word 'Toyota' never appeared in the full story.

Failing to correlate two topics comes from generations of inbreeding. Don't worry. You'll see a lot more of this kind of obscure, incoherent ranting and raving from several people on here. They can't hold an intelligent conversation so they berate people as much as possible and then use name calling as a way to pump up their own egos. It's just a game they play to try and get under peoples skin. It's funny yet pathetic.

You'll see as time goes on.

Toyota was the strength behind Japan’s insurgence into manufacturing.

If you're not sure, then why did you post it in the first place?

If I were to guess, on first glance at it you saw it as yet another chance to gloat about Toyo's recalls and other woes.

You've never been one to be shy away from such opportunities.

Your efforts at making the most of those opportunities almost looks like you're on an anti Toyo campaign payroll!

Rule Number One: Don't dumb down those you respond to when they've asked an honest question.

Rule Number Two: Don't play dumb when confronted with a question that's self explanatory.

Rule Number Three: Never ask a question when you know your conduct is the answer to that question.

Rule Number Four: After considering rules one through three, then answer the question--honestly and truthfully.

Slow down

You are on an internet forum, an unregulated free for all. When will you learn to leave your feelings at the door? None of this really matters. This is not a playground for your life learning’s; rather it’s a dirty and filthy whore-house of talk about cars. Cheap shots and comedy abound. Toyota is not an American company.

Just another ultra vague post by someone who is really stupid or just likes to play someone that is really stupid.

By the way whatever happened to the attempt at being unbiased and posting more neutral topics? Guess that didn't work out to well for you and your band of ignorant friends. I'm guessing you couldn't handle being objective.

The gloves come back off people. Let's rock this party!!!

JJ never changed.

Just took a brief hiatus to dream up more creative ways to promote more garbage in these forums.

He justifies his existence by claiming internet forums are a free for all, and anything goes.

If that's the case, why are there so many really civil and informative forums on the net?

And why can't the same happen here?

It goes to whatever is allowed by those who administer the forum.

Apparently this one allows anything, and apparently encourages the worst in people to support its existence.

The results of that speak for themselves.

It's a living breathing testimonial to the depraved culture some (JJ included) in our society have embraced.

I'll give you some small credit for admitting what's obviously true.

That said, then why do you freely participate in and clearly support the crap happening here?

Now---Re your "Not an American Company".

So it's not acceptable according to your rules for a foreign company to operate in America, when American companies operate all over the world---many of them admittedly predatory and plainly exploitive of those countries?

Furthermore, that "Not an American company" operates as an autonomous business unit in America, creates significant employment, contributes significantly to local, regional and national economies, pays taxes, supports public initiatives, etc., and contributes in many other ways to the American way of life.

Clearly, your condemnation of a "Not an American company" is unwarranted, biased, narrow minded, vindictive, short sighted, and shows you are completely unaware of the reality of world politics, economics and trade.

The US isn't (and can never be) the self appointed rule maker for the world (in spite of attempts like yours to claim that right), and had better wake up to the reality before its too late.

Your country is on a slippery slope these days---JJ, you should really wake up to reality that attitudes like yours can only hasten what is currently a downward spiral.

What a load of crap! China crying about atrocities. Their own government killed millions over their own citizens. They stand behind Kim Jong, the North Korean Madman. Tibet. Incursions into other countries territories in the South China Sea. China can suck the big one.

Sorry--Your perception may be "Crap", but the reality is a whole 'nuther thing' bud.

Like it or not China has now achieved number two in world economics--taking that position over the former number two--Japan.

Next to move up in the hierarchy is India--withing one year it will take over from Japan at number three.

Furthermore, just about all economics gurus agree that both China and India will trump the US economy within 3 to 5 years.

The US is in decline, and it will eventually move further down the list, and it's not clear at this juncture just how far down it will drop.

Obviously you don't agree--and some of the practices China has used in the past can be questioned, but the reality is that the changes I quote are there--in your face!

Like it or lump it---what I've said isn't 'Crap' by any means.

Better do one of two things--either (a) Change, and stop the decline, or (b) do nothing and get used to it.

Sitting in front of your TV and bitching about those 'other guys' and their perceived wrongdoings is just pointless.
