All Communist Judicial Systems are jungle laws that can not trust.

Look at Ai Weiwei's case, once he was a "hero" for Red China and then became a victim of political and Human right problem of China.

Tax frauds for Ai Weiwei ?

Ai Weiwei got lot of free money flow into his account but he can not take those as the Red Govt blocked and prevent that such.

This time for Bo Xilai, we all readers can wait and see how it will turn out.

The Party isn't managing s***.

Only in its wet dreams does in manage anything; all it really does is flail around looking stupid, while the people try to live a normal life under the feudalistic, old-fashioned conditions the crotchety government imposes.

All the Party is managing is to make itself look stupid.
