Egypt must protect Christians from turmoil: rights groups
Security forces must do more to protect Egypt's Christian minority in the turmoil following the military overthrow of Islamist president Mohamed Mursi, rights groups said on Tuesday, citing the mob killing of four near the southern city of Luxor.

Obama gave his blessings to the military coup. The US has once again shown its hand. Talks of democracy is BS. All they want is a fully compliant government. Obama has hastened the US's journey into irrelevance in the middle east. That is the only positive of the US backed military coup in Egypt.
