But one of the cultural protocols is to protect the health of "each" Dignitary to simple things as colds and other illness. That may seem harmless and common in each region, country, etc. But could effect the health of each countries leaders.

Do you have any proof besides some mystery person in the Whitehouse claims the queen requested this Ipod. I know that's how Washington is spinning it, yet in England they tell a different story.

On the "London Telegraph's" website, which noted that the queen "already has" an iPod, but not that she requested a new one.

Bottom line is its a tacky gift.
