It is believed in Belize that switching to CCJ is another way of Dean Barrow to control local and international courts. He wants the court to carry out justice in regards to his desire instead of the law irregarless of what the siutuation may be. I believed the Privy Council if fair and its judgement is base upon the laws. It is disturbing think that CCJ would reward Dean Barrow with judgements in his favor just because he as the PM of Belize joint them. He now attacks the Cheif Justice because most rulings has not been in the government's favor, previously he applauded the CJ when he ruled against the former government. If it left to me i waould remain with the Privy Council, they know nobody here in Belize.
