The country of Bosnia "constructed" after Slavic tribes formed a Sklavinija (Slavic kingdom) between the river Vrbas and Drina, which is rather spread from Vrh-Bosnadalen.

But what is your point with Bihac and Duvno? Hrvoje Vukcic was a duke of Bosnia so that means that he had all rights to build Jajce. I see nothing strange about that.

Noel Malcom has done some good studies on Romanian and Vlach ethnic groups however his study on Slavs and Croats for that matter is very limited.

I've got a stack of history books and Encyclopaedia that state Bosnia was historically Croatian however I'm not after that I'm after collective evidence, not one text but several that paint an overall picture of the region.

Just beacuse his book does not support your statement does not mean that his studies on Slavs are ''limited''. He wrote about Bosnia history.
