Jagdeo pledges open tender for netbooks
Chinese company Huawei donated the first set of netbooks distributed under the One Laptop Per Family initiative but the next batch of computers will be procured by an open international competitive tender, President Bharrat Jagdeo said yesterday.

i think he said that the Chinese donate the computers and he have a bill for $1millon maybe the bill his for the taxi he paid to pickup the computer jockey when u guys get your story strait let me know i am in toronto laughting
