I should have said I "largely" agree with Lewis

Guyana has never been this bad since the legacy of Dr Cheddi Jagan’s pre-colonial struggles is being tarnished by what they see as President Bharrat Jagdeo’s “tyrannical reign.” Personally I would change the word tyrannical for the word "labile". "Agreed"

fifty-nine years after the formation of the PPP in Guyana, the party of Dr Cheddi Jagan has gone astray from “its earlier design to create unity and provide Guyanese a worthwhile local alternative to colonial rule.” Whole heartedly "Agreed"

The PPP was the first mass-based political party in Guyana comprised Guyanese of all races united against the colonial government, then perceived to be a common enemy. "Agreed"

However, they pointed out, the constitution which was condemned by the PPP but now embraced with minor changes leaves the power it was intended to give the President largely intact. "Agreed".

Under Jagdeo, the trio charged that the PPP government has been implicated with a brutal, murdering, drug trafficking machine managed by Shaheed ‘Roger’ Khan “for which the authors, planners and architects are all yet to be revealed.” The government has consistently and vehemently denied these claims. "Agreed"

They said further that no move has been made by President Jagdeo to have the inland revenue, judicial courts and other relevant authorities seize all the assets and gains associated with Roger Khan and other Guyanese held by the US for drug trafficking."Agreed"

“The criminal drug empire still reigns in Guyana and those with whom Khan was associated are allowed to walk the streets of Guyana free,” "Agreed"

I bear no knowledge on these issues. These two fall under "no comment"
Under the Jagdeo administration, they added, the independent trade union movement has experienced the imposition of wage increases for public servants which is in violation of the International Labour Organisation Conventions. "No comment"

Moreover, they asserted, it has also been subjected to the withdrawal of state funding given to the Critchlow Labour College and the Guyana Trades Union Congress since the 1960s.
“These acts are the opposite to the post-1992 government of Cheddi Jagan”, the trio said.
According to the trio,“seventeen years post-1992. "No comment"

anyone fighting against the ppp but cant come up with a another so called good party is a loser. name which party that can hold guyana together or do better than the ppp. theres none so far. you must get a replacement before trying to get rid of one. pnc is dead. only fools and mules support it. only fools and mules will try to destabilise guyana like pnc and so called mules like benshop. he should be jailed for treason.ppp is doing lotsof bad things. govt ministers have family and friends making money. which country in the world dont have the same shit happening. tat was not what the ppp stood for. where all the members of the jagan ppp . not jagdeo ppp. too many young people running ppp. they dont have those skills. because they keep pictures of jagan , they think they are politicians .just like mules and fools who keep pics of burnam.

Perhaps you are right. Black countries do not own colonies whose natural resources can be harvest for the benefit of their own development as the white colonial masters did.

You see the white man did not care very much for black administrators in his administration. Henceforth after centuries of pillaging third world countries the colonial masters left logical when these countries got independence, they were faced with a momentous task of bridging hundred of years.

The mistakes these black countries make are gigantic since they lacked centuries of failures and successes experiences especially with another man's money as was the case with the white man.

Black countries will have to wallow in the dust for some years before they can even begin to crawl.

ppp and pnc are run by rich indians .they got contacts wioth banks and companies . they run the economy basically . jakdeo cant touch them cause they got the courts and policy and army in their pockets .it going to be war if they get touched . thats why burnam took power from jagan to keep the country under control.benshup is a racist . hes a pncracist who got support from fellowblacks to try and ruin the country .
